Online Dating Websites: Finding the Love You Want by Finding Yourself First

One of the most important things I have learned about dating and relationships is the importance of knowing whom I am in order to get the relationship I seek. This is closely tied in with being a great partner in order to get a great partner.
There are many ways to discover one’s self, and one tool I have used in that process is personality testing. I have found some personality tests to be worthless or very inaccurate. Others I have found to be helpful and spot-on.
I recommend three tests. The first two are on the same page and only take a matter of a few seconds (or slightly longer if you are a slower reader) to complete. The first two are about your style in relationships. Knowing this can help you know yourself better, can help you express who you are to others better, and can help you understand others better.
What is Your Love Language/What is Your Apology Language 30-Second Quiz
If you scroll your mouse over each option’s check mark box, a dialogue box will pop up with more information about that choice. Clicking on any of the boxes will bring up the page that gives a brief overview of each type.
My results: Words of Affirmation/Acts of Service (Love Languages); Making Restitution (Apology Language)
The third takes a little longer, but the information that comes from the results is comprehensive. Various pages on-site and off give more information about your personality type results including the best matched career types, what kind of parent you are, strengths, and weaknesses. Some advice on what personality types match your results best is given as well.
The Jung Typology Test (based on Myers-Briggs) 72 quick yes or no questions
My results: INFJ (Introverted 56%, Intuitive 50%, Feeling 50%, Judging 11%)
Learning about your style, needs, strengths, and weaknesses can not only give you the confidence that is so sexy and attractive to prospective dates/mates, but can help you find the best possible match and relationship.
Today’s Questions: Please review the quizzes. What did you like and dislike about each? How accurate do you think they are? What surprises did you find in your results? What stood out most to you about the quizzes?
